Or you're delusional ?

http://www.mmamania.com/2011/4/23/2129204/ufc-rio-anderson-silva-doesnt-have-any-interest-in-getting-revenge

I really have no interest in getting revenge against Yushin Okami. We already fought. He lost. He got knocked out. Let's move on. But really, I'm in here to fight the best, and if he's credentialed to fight me, and he's up there to get a title shot, then he deserves it and we've got to do it."
:confused05: very mysterious sounds more like an arrogant punk and i love the part "WE'VE GOT TO DO IT" like we should feel sorry for him and its a waste of his time.

I pray Okami wins

Anderson should already be celebrated as the greatest fighter who ever lived in all combat sports combined!!!

I hope people will call him that someday when MMA reaches world fame!

I don't see anybody who could take that title away from him in the next decades..

I hope that he attends the biggest Sport Events one day as an icon and that he people will feel the same about him as they do when they think about Ali.

I don't mind Anderson that much, but I do wonder why he goes out of his way to conjure up 'beef' with certain fighters. Maia keeps tight lipped, and Anderson feels the need to humiliate him because he was somehow 'disrespectful'. Vitor shows him proper respect, to the point where he was adamant about fighting more contenders before stepping into the Octagon with such a unique champion, and Anderson decides there's bad blood between the two. Now, he's doing the same with Okami, who by all accounts has had nothing more to say of Anderson outside of his wanting a crack at the title. And yet I'm reading interviews now where Silva claims that Yushin has been disrespectful and boasts about his victory over the champ, that he should have continued to fight in their initial bout and therefore has no honour, and even that he was KOed anyway and is hence a 'victory' for Anderson. I really don't understand why he goes so far out of his way to get personal with people who genuinely don't seem to warrant such treatment.

Even more mind boggling is that he had NOTHING to say to or against Chael Sonnen, someone who legitimately gave him reason to make it personal. Which leaves me with one conclusion: Anderson Silva is crazy.

Thats very easy to explain actually! He only does that to fighters who he thinks won't engange in the fights which Silva needs in order to shine and fight his fight.

Everybody he didn't talk trash back like Leben, or Sonnen.. he knew that they would bring the fight to him, but with Maia and Belfort that wasn't the case.

and his whole fighting career shows this evidence in every pre-fight situation.

I like you, BC, but that's a fairly poor and unsubstantiated 'explanation'. I think it has more to do with his being a jerk than anything else. I highly doubt Anderson believed Vitor wouldn't come to trade with him, and if that was his modus operandi all along, then why no smack-talk against Leites pre-fight? Again, I think the explanation lies more in who he is as a human being. While I respect Anderson Silva the fighter as much as one possibly could, as a man, Silva is a bit of a knob. And there's plenty of proof out there to substantiate that.

I know Psycho, thats what is the easiest and what the haters always say.

If you want to believe me, you have to do your own research Psycho. I did it in all details and it became clear as day to me.

Anderson is a counter striker Psycho always remember that.

Just study his history and you will realize it.

He did mock Leites prefight!

they were hugging each other after the fight lol

Study his entire fighting career and pre fight antics and you will realize the same phenomena every single time.

It sounds ridicluous I know lol^^ but it is really the truth!

He only ever does it to guys who won't engage with him, he is unbeliavble smart.

Wait until he mocks Okami :) I already read an Interview where he said that he found it very direspectful by Okami to take the DQ at there first bout.

He is going to mock Okami because he knows he won't attack.

I mean helloo?? It's Yushin Okami the nicest guy in the sport!!

GSP said Fitch was his toughest fight because he wouldn't stop, he kept coming at him like a terminator and he didn't quit for the entire 25 minutes. BJ vs. GSP I may have been the hardest first round for GSP but not the hardest fight.

They didnt win the fight , i agree in a sense but they still got the W on the records so what can you say.

Also i put no blame on Okami or Hammill , because Silva and Jones both used illegal moves to harm their opponents , i gave Rivera a hard time but he carried on from his Illegal knee if he hadnt of i probably would have let him slide after i calmed down.
