Well, K-1 is known for it's kick boxing more than their MMA. I don't know about any particular shows but looking at the cards should always give you a fair idea. I think with K-1 you could almost always get a good show. They have and have had a lot of good fighters.
i've watched a fair amount of k-1 and i gotta say any fight with Remy Bonjasky is a good buy. He's very talented and a lot of his moves are really unorthodox in my oppinion. Also a Bob Sapp fight is always entertaining.
I was just looking for ONE particular K-1 event. I love their old Gran Prixs. I'm familiar with some of the fighters such as Peter Aerts and Jerome LeBanner, etc.
I just watched the 2002 K-1 Grand Prix... don't know if it was the "Best" because it was the only 1 i have seen, but it was very entertaining!

yeah, k-1 events that feature Andy hug and the other big names are usually good
