It's that time again! You may have read that Season 14 will be the last season of TUF on Spike. That happens to be true, but that doesn't mean we're going to take our foot off the gas for a minute. With 32 hungry fighters walking in the door and the intensity of coaches Michael Bisping and Jason "Mayhem" Miller, you can bet that we're going to go out with a bang.
The fourteenth season of TUF kicks off with a two-hour premiere on September 21 at 9/8c, and it's going to blow the roof off the joint.

Having said that, it's time to meet the 32 men who will vie to become The Ultimate Fighter.

I'm excited to see what Mayhem has up his sleeve! And you know Bisping will have his share of shit talk! We are just a couple weeks away so lets get started! There are some experienced fighters coming in and some...not so much.

I seen Akira try to pull a few bush league moves to get out of that choke. First the brazilan tap, then he dropped his arm like he was unconscious right after that, when the choke didn't let up he started really fighting. Seemed like he realized he wasn't getting out unless he tapped or actually fought his way out.

I said he was going to get caught when they showed him doing the get up drills, he left his neck out every single time, even on ones when the guys he was rolling with didn't drop to a guillotine.

I saw Akira do a couple things that made me think he was out. The left arm droping was the biggest. But I think he was truly out. But my oh my does he have some power in his hands.
Bermudez has great recovery but I think he saw his mom after a couple of those shots landed.
Bravo to you Miller. He didn't start yelling like a mad man when he sunk in the choke. He stayed calm and was talking in a clear clean voice.

Gotta love the look on Miller's face when he tells Bermudez to adjust the right arm and then Dennis does and Miller's face is like "He should be tapping why isn't he tapping oh my god he's not tapping YAY HE TAPPED!!!".

Jesus, that reads like I've had to much coffee. Or not enough.

Like I get it, Akira is a child and a douche and I'm not against people hating on him, but it has been proven he didn't do it the first time. And really the TUF crew aren't beyond putting that specific camera angle in again to stir more controversy, if it wasn't for the specific angle they showed the first time then no one would have fell for it. But clever editing stirred up interest and sadly branded Akira a cheat which is unfair to be honest, despite his crappy attitude.

I honestly think he tapped the first fight. I as screaming he tapped when I watched the fight the first time. And every angle I saw it looked like he tapped to me. But that is just my opinion. Akira has talent dont get me wrong. But when you talk that much shit and brag about your black belt then pull some stuff like he has and then jumps up afterwards trying to fight after the fight is clearly over then I won't try to defend him what so ever.

I know it's a show and they are probably encouraging him to act like that. But he has been warned once by officals about calming down after the fight.

He rearranged his grip. If people want to call him a douche/dick or whatever then his actions brought that on, I just think he it's unfair he has been labelled a cheat.

EDIT: Although on second look at that gif he is trying to rip that knee support off somethign fierce lol

So... Bisping just spoiled the Featherweight semi finals between Diego and Bryan Caraway on mmalive tonight. What a fucktard.

I thought it was at exactly the right time, every time he instructed him to fight back he did. Was it a beat down? Yeah but if your telling somebody to fight and they are you don't stop the fight its that simple.
