few pointers.. 1. Get a light, 2. if you are going to throw a kick in the air atleast have your whole body in the camera and then I will critique you on your kicks.
It would be best if you just threw a kick at a bag in a light filled room.
What you can't see in the video is my lead foot pivoting at at 45 degree angle with only the ball of my foot on the ground during the kick. but I'll keep that in mind.
It looks almost like you threw more of a crescent kick and not a real Thai round kick. Can you stack your hips when you spin through getting that rear hip over the lead hip? This will get your hips behind the kick and ensure the blade of the shin is making contact not the ankle or inside of the foot.
Keep practicing and get into a gym brother!
