Well even though this is the wrong section for this, this stuff is something i take seriously every day.

so heres my list.

I take Xyience Nox-cg3 (used to use n.o.explode but couldnt sleep)
basic gnc creatine monohydrate
cytocarb 2 (broken complex carbohydrates that help your body absorb protein)
potassium gluconate
Universal natural sterol complex (not all the time though 6 horse pills is rough)
Used to take hydroxy cut hard core but again couldnt sleep so i replaced it with the gnc mega man sport pac which has the mega man vitaman a thremogen and some other good stuff.
l argine
xyience xm2 protein, xtreme muscle meal. solid protein with extras geared well for fighter type training
basic gnc whey protien.

now i dont take all of it all the time but i am pretty consistant

i wake up in the morning eat cereal, go to class, eat some hard boiled egg whites, take some nox cg3, lift (or do kung fu or what ever i feel like doing) protein shake, eat dinner (i like chicken alot so thats usually what i have) take my vitamins, train, maybe have another shake, study, sleep.

my days not always in that order, but thats basicly all the components.

yes, im strong, ask kds13, ive picked him up rampage style a few times

That's not very efficient, healthy, or productive. I suggest you research a little about diet+supplement

Dude your whole regimen seems out of control. Ive never seen a personal trainer who would put so much bullshit in his system. Your shit is decent for a short term gain but its going to overload your system in the long run. Talk to me in 10 years when your ****in liver and kidneys fail.

It's always interesting when someone's supplements make up a higher percentage of their dietary intake than their diet.

What I take

AnimalPack(multi)
NOW omega-3(fat)
PurpleWraath(excellent recovery/bcaa supplement)
UMP(casien whey, slow digesting I use it with rolled oats/banana/skim milk to make my own MRPS).
Bulk whey.
Storm/bulk creatine mono

This is a very very simple/basic stack but it is excellent.

Meal 1: 1 scoop ump, 1/4 cup rolled oats, 1/2 banana, ice water+ a 1/4 cup skim milk. + tbsp NAT peanut butter.

Meal 2: 3 hb eggs+ 1pc whole wheat.

Meal 3: Portion of chicken or can of tuna + 1 cup veggies

Meal 4(PRE): Portion of chicken+1/4 cup oats+1 cup veggies

Meal 5(PWO): 2 scoops whey+the rest of the banana+1/4 cup oats.

Meal 6: Varies: Cottage cheese+steak, or a fish. 1 cup of veggies.

Depends on my school/work shifts sometimes I am forced to make more of my own MRPS and slam them.

Overload your system? Sorry my friend you are getting basic supplements confused with roids. Ignorance is amazing!

The most amazing thing about ignorance is that those afflicted with the disorder can always spot it in others, whether it's there or not, but they can never see it in themselves.

Please do post your diet/supp so we can also critique GOD! All hail jasvll.

I get it, you are one of the people that follow the WARRIOR DIET!

But truly are you going to take some worthless quote to make yourself look good, or are you going to actually express your ever so impressive knowledge of Nutrition? ;)

I guess I should take it as a compliment that you mistook my post for a quote.

My personal diet isn't relevant to whether or not taking too many supplements or too much of one supplement can damage a person's body.

The only supplement I have ever read that anyone Overdosed on was Ohami bulk powder(not sure exact spelling), which actually can kill you. It is used as a thermogenic to help cut weight, but you cant go to walmart and grab it ;) . I would say kids OD on roids every year, sometimes I think they need education just as much as prevention ads! :dunno:

No one said death, just damage to the body. For example, high doses of creatine have been linked to general performance decrease at best and kidney disorder at worst.

Here's a few readily available supplements that can ruin a day:
ConsumerReports.org - Dangerous supplements, 12 supplements to avoid 5/04

My point then and now is that just because something calls itself a supplement doesn't make it good or safe for you. Even those that do offer benefits in moderation can still do harm when the user can't read a label.

hey this site is cool, hadnt seen it before, i think ill try it out for a while. repped

oh and wuk...you dont know what the **** your talking about, im a personal trainer, so uh...i might. You should research thinking before typing. and i assume the only thing you could see that as not being a productive life style is if your trying to gain massive amounts of weight/muscle...in which i am not.

:cheeky4:

and yeah wise its a little sketchy, but doesnt really seem like an advertisement if you go to the websites, seeing as most of them are forums, and/or free sites. body4life is the only thing anyone would spend money on.
First off, your assumption is wrong. Of course I'm looking to gain a few lbs of lean muscle, but my primary goals in lifting are to strengthen my core, and my posterior chain. Also, being a personal trainer means nothing now a days. If you have a chiseled chest and some abs, they practically let you in. Also, your diet is still horrible, and you're taking way too many supplements.

No, Im not. And i was talking about my self not you.
I dont eat enough, and i take 1 or 2 supplements a day after working out to prevent soreness. and i take vitamins, which everyone should. occasionally i take a nox before lifting or something to get a better work out in. i could take alot more and still be in the good amount zone. now if i was having 12 protein shakes a day chugging creatine and injecting steroids...then yeah id be taking to much. but when i burn 4500 calories in a day, its just fine to take a protein shake, especially when im only taking in about 2000 calories

you've gotta be the dumbest personal trainer i've ever met. but then again, you're also the same dumbass who started a thread about how CC is too small for HW and should fight at 205.

I don't understand your logic, but then again your probably a high school kid that thinks he knows everything. and i still think crocop should test 205, but i certainly never said he was to small for hw, and i never even said he had to be 205, just thought of a what if.

Well you just said you burn 4500 calories a day, but only take in 2000 calories. That, to me, proves that you're an idiot. Unless you're overweight and you're trying to lose fat, why the **** would your intake be so low?

I hate to jump in here with all you guys, but I have a question. I'm 18. I'm 6'5" and weigh 180lbs. I'm not an avid trainer who works out to build enormous bulk everyday. I do the basics like pushups, situps, cruches, leg lifts, and some minor weight training (in addition to my kickboxing and grappling training). Before and after my workout (which I do 3 days a week) I take Whey Protein......and that's it. Now I don't seem to be building much muscle, but I'm maintaining my athletic, lean, and chisled build. So I guess my question is how do I get a little bigger? I don't want to have huge bulging muscles, but I want to be athletic and ripped. And also; how good is Xience?

I'm sure you're all laughing at my lack of suppliment intake, but oh well. Any help would be great. Thanks.

First things first, supplements DO NOT GET YOU BIGGER. You need to up your calorie intake to over 4,000 calories a day, eat LOTS of carbs, and make sure you're eating in 5-6 meals a day, not 2-3 BIG meals. Also, make sure you're lifting to gain mass, 3-4 sets of 8-12 reps. You can also check out some weight gainers, but still drink Whey directly after workouts and/or when you wake up.
