With Rashad's win last saturday, I think his next opponent would or should be Forrest. Both are tremendous fighters and both should eventually be giving title shots for the LHW division. Who do you think would win?

I agree, both fighters won the light heavyweight division on the Ultimate Fighter show and it would only make sense to have this match. I think Rashad would win, Forrest only likes to stand up and exchange and engage, Rashad would take him down and use some ground and pound on him.

cmon guys forrest has been in there with the best takedowns and ground and pound in the ufc(Tito)...and almost won..Rashad isnt on Tito's level in any aspect of mma...We saw how good Forrests takedown defense was, and his striking is vastly improved...its a good fight but i see forrest winning in a war...

I agree....BUT Rashad is still undefeated, I think that will come into play a little bit. Neither of them will be able to beat the Iceman, or Tito of he beats him

As much as I used to dislike Rashad before last saturday. I have completely turned around on him after destroying Jason Lambert. I think he would beet forest by either decision or TKO after pulling off one of his sick take downs. I dont know how he would do against liddell because if he was able to take him down which I think he could he would have a good chance but I would still have to take chuck on this one.

A few months back when I came on here and said Rashad Evans is the only fighter who can beat Liddell....EVERYONE LAUGHED AT ME.....I bet you fellas aren't laughing now....This guy has improved his game and he's only a few months away from being UNSTOPABLE. He would totally destroy the ONE-DIMESIONAL Griffin....Rashad by Second Round TKO.

Griffin nearly beat Ortiz....Rashad is too good on his feet for Tito to even come close....Tito can't even out wrestle Rashad....Evans would make Ortiz quit......Believe me when i say it....Evans is for real...give him 4-5 more months and he will be an explosive version of Rampage.

Rashad Evans can put on a show sometimes like we saw at UFC 63 but not every fight. All of Rampages fights have been entertaining and exciting, and hes a great stand up fighter. Rashad is just a ground fighter. If Rashad and Tito faught (too early now but oh well) Rashad would dominate the ground game but Tito would own the stand up and if Tito gets Rashad on his back Rashad will have elbows landed in his face.

This would be a great matchup!!! Both are fairly decent fighters. I dont think Rashaad could knock out Forest. If he was to win it would be by decision or for submission (dont ask me how). Forest can knock Rashaad out but Rashaad is good enough striker that he could give Forest a run for his money. Rashaad has the upper hand in the ground game but Forest has a decent take down defense (as we saw in his fight with Tito). With that said I would have to say that Forest would win, because he would put constant pressure on Rashaad, and Rashaad hasnt really shown that he can deal with that pressure or finish an opponent convincingly (and no that Lambert buy dosen't count, he was a punk). Plus Forest is almost there as far as his skills go. Rashaad, on the other hand has a little ways to go.
