My max is 195 pounds at 160 BW. My goal is 225 by my birthday(june), and 255 by the end of the year. Hopefully I can get up to 315 within the next couple years, and I'll be a happy camper

185

I was waiting for people to start calling bullshit on this thing.....seriously lets get real here.....I'm 18, have been weightraining a fair while and am pretty happy at being able to bench slightly over my BW.
If I can figure out how to transfer a crappy quality video of my amazing BP from my camera to the interwebz I'll try to do it this weekend.

Lessee... 4 45-pound plates, a couple of 25s, and the bar, that's 275. Sorry for the calculation, but I never think about weight, just about plates. :D

More impressive (to most average folks, anyway) than stacking on weights in the gym is when we're out in social situations and I military-press my wife. :D

i strained my back doing 145 on incline bench press yesterday haha. dont ask me how, i guess thats just what happens when you dont bench in 3 years.
Dude, you have to ease into it. I've seen a good number of people hit the preacher curls hard without having worked out before, and tear the crap out of their biceps. They can't straighten their arms out for a week or two after.

175 at the weight 160.1. Truthfully, I don't find much of a purpose in bench pressing. I only do it to keep my chest up to par with the rest of my body. In my mind, there's a difference between functional & rotational strength compared to weight lifting strength and bench pressing really doesn't improve my functional strength in the areas I need it to.

Agreed. Bench press is pretty useless when it comes to fighting, functional strength, and sports in general.

Bench press is for ****'s...haha jk

I always do the bench with free weights. Its far better for you. Anyways i do 65 per arm usually. I have done 85's. full sets.

I Need to work on my upper body alot. I do alot of pull ups, pull downs, military press', kettle bells, deadlifts, squats and leg press'.

I can leg press 600lbs :)

back muscles are way bigger dude. kinda like the tricep is 75% of your arm type deal.

dude you can row 385, 8 times, i serious doubt that. i dont know how big you are, but 365 is believeble enough if your a big dude. but 385 on an effin row? shit im much stronger than more people and thats hard to dead lift, let alone do bent over and pulling to my chest.

3.26 million pounds. give or take a ton, depending on how i feel that day.

lol no really about 300, 310...havent really maxed in a while, when i getting ready for something its less because im cutting weight. over the summer maybe ill get up to 350.

255 is a big jump dude...that should be like a next year goal.

im weighing in at 179.9 next week....but to look at me you'd think im 200, 210, hell some people think im 220. in the off season im about 200, 205

so your right on track.

i know a dude thats 160 and benches 415...never seen anything like it, its unbelievable to watch.
