Workout 1:
Sprint 40 yards
6 Pylometric Push-ups
X12 Sets
Workout 2:
10 Burpees/10 Pull-ups
2 Miles On Treadmill at 8-10 mph
10 Burpees/10 Pull-ups
50 Push-ups
60 Sit-Ups
Today Wensday:
Moring BJJ Class 1 Hour And A Half
Workout:
90 Sit-Ups(30 each side)
Deadlift Pyramid 10 Reps To 1 Rep
After Every Set 300 Meters On 7-10 MPH
40 Push-ups
50 Ab Exercises(10 v-ups, 10 left side, 10 right side, 10 leg lifts, 10 crunches)
