"A. Silva was so frustrated after Cote performance he fought 2 rds in locker room..."

against his sparring partners."

(from the UFC 97 preview in the ufc.com website.)

that's almost like being frustrated for not being able to finish in the bedroom and finishing in the bathroom....

did anyone know about this?

Im sure its true, I think Silva was frustrated in the fight because it wasnt the fight he was expecting and then with the really anticlamactic ending.

Didn't he do the same after ko'ing Irvins? I think he just had a lot of energy left and needed to let either frustration for not fighting the way he normally does, or he just had a lot left in in tank. :dunno:

He does this after every fight that doesn't go the distance. He says he trains for 5 rounds and it is important to finish those 5 rounds weather the fight went that long or not. He said this in an interview after the fight.

Yeah i actually posted this in one of the many threads after the fight....They had some footage of it on UFC the next day and if you go back and watch the post fight Press conference he actually talks about it saying he does this quite a bit since he trains for a 5 round fight and most of his fights don't go that long that he needs to spar in the back after wards to calm down and get rid of all the energy....

Sorry yorT.....Didnt see your post B4 i put this up

I could see a power wielder like carwin need this, anderson grabs me as fighter who works on the inside and outside, to NEED this is not odd but for a fighter with such control you would think a quiet humble time alone would be better for a guy like him then getting a work out after his fight.

Anderson keep doing what you are doing =)
