If He Wins Tuf 10 As Much As I Would Love To See Kimbo Do Good - I Just Cant Imagine Him Fighting The Likes Of - Lesnar Mir Kongo Etc And Gettin Eny Sort Of Result - Using These 3 For Example

I Think Lesnar Would Take Him Down And Kill Him On The Floor

Frank Mir Would Just Submit Hes Arse

And Kongo Would Proberly Finish Him With A Head Kick

He Got Caught By Seth <<< Now If He Can Catch Kimbo Wot Would The Top Fighters In The Ufc Do To Him

Kimbo Is Guna Need Sum Serious Training Camp If He Wins Tuff

If He Did Win Its Guna Be Interesting To See Wot Move He Makes For His Training Wot Camp Will He Go To Whos He Guna Becum Good Frends With

I Think If Hes On Rampages Team They They Will Get On Big Time Rampage And Kimbo Hav Allready Spoke Good Words About Eachother Kimbo Said Hes One Of His Top Fighters And Rampage Heard That And Said He Likes Kimbo Etc

So I Reckon He May Go With Jackson And Train If Things Work Out For Him But That Would Mean Him Training In The Uk At Wolfsflair - Problem With That Would Be Kongo Is There And Hes In Kongos Weight Division - But I No Fighters Still Do That

I No Ive Jumpd The Gun On This Subject But I Would Love To See Kimbo With A Ufc Contract !!!!

Since you decided to behave I'll respond to this thread now.

Kimbo winning is a pretty big long shot IMHO, but weirder things have happened. If he wins, then yes he would have to get a pretty good camp together and really work on the ground game while becoming an actual striker and not a brawler.

To be honest, I just think the days of the brawler are almost over. MMA is at a much higher level now than it was maybe even 2 years ago. We're starting to see much more well-rounded fighters who can't just beat you in one facet, but in all facets. The quality of fighters on TUF for season 10 in terms of athletes is sounding pretty incredible as well. So yeah, long shot.

Wow, there's nerds on here that actually care about CAPS,... whatever.

Now back to the thread's purpose. I hope Kimbo doesn't win TUF for the sake of the UFC's HW division. If he gets a title shot and beats the champ then that will just make the UFC's HW division more of a joke. He doesn't even have a ground game and got beat by Seth p at his own game.

Funny thing we dont take nicely to name calling and such BS so maybe you should try keeping your opinions on some matters to yourself.

Yall act like fighters can't grow and learn how to be better. Just cause he cant wrestle doesnt mean he can't be effective if he learns to stop the takedown. Look at Chuck....yeah he was a great wrestler but he never had to use it. If Kimbo learns how to box a bit and defend the takedown and legkicks....he could be a beast.

Seriously guys this thread is way off course,

Kimbo has no chance IMO of winning, he was one dimensional before and now his jaw and lack of ground skill have been exposed and he isnt even training with a reputable camp anymore so I doubt he is improving.

Kimbo is kinda old so it might have change but Kimbo jaw doesn't seem that weak. I know he lost to the pink hair guy but if I can remember he shot into the punch(off balance that it was) went down and got repeatedly punched and he never tried to pull guard or cover up but tried to get up like somebody would in the streets. The knock down seem more like the 1 in 100 chance then an 100 of 100 imo.

I hate to break this to you guys , but kimbo's been at legends gym for quite some time now , well about 2 years now. And for the people that dont know what that is , thats the gym Bas Rutten runs , and bas is his head coach. Not to mention Big john and randy are good friends with bas and help alot in that gym. So hes already has the same amt of training as someone like Brock. So technically there both in the same boat as far as learning, tho there learning ability and there base is quite different. Being around people like that , for sure u pick up alot of things and of course learn basic grappling and shit like that. I dont care for the guy , but i can assure you he's not your average street bum, not sure if he can withstand the higher tier in the hw division , but im pretty sure hes as well versed as some people in TUF. Cause mainly tuf people nowadays are more for show and many of them arent in established gyms.

Hate to tell you but Bas gave Kimbo the boot after the Petrezelli fight because Kimbo quit listening to him before it and Bas was pissed but didnt want to boot him right before a fight so he let him now after that fight they were done. Bas has given interviews saying Kimbo got lazy and quit commiting himself.

When I first heard Kimbo was going to TUF i thought he might been the fav. to win, but then I heard he stopped training with Bas a long time ago. He might make it to the semi, but I don't see him getting past that. BTW anyone know who/if Kimbo has been training with since Bas.

Kimbo doesn’t have to win TUF10 in order to get signed. From what I have seen on the past if he does well and if TUF ratings go up, as what Dana is hoping for, he will for sure get signed.
Dana is looking at Kimbo as a Youtube sensation that will most likely increase PPV buys. He can use him to fill in weaker cards and bring in more revenue.
If Kimbo were to win TUF10, he will not get immediate title shoot. If you look at all TUF finalists and winners, none of them got title shoot right away, not even close.

While Kimbo may not have a great future in UFC, he is defiantly marketable. Look at the amount of coverage Dana and UFC got already by just getting the Kimbo into TUF.

Only time will tell how well Kimbo does on TUF and possibility the UFC, if he really wants to learn, improve, and commit himself then he may do quite well. No one is given a free ride into the UFC, and if they get on by mistake or they do not deserve to be there, you find that out within the first 2 fights.

Do I want to see Kimbo in the UFC? Not really, but if he earns his spot there, who am I to be upset by that? He earned it.
