If tank had a stroke and one side of his body was paralyzed I think he could flop around with the side that works and KO kimbo with the side that doesn’t but thats just how suck poor I think kimbo is and to be fair abbotts old as hell so even if kimbo wins I wouldn’t be impressed, if Im kimbo I fire my manager for putting me in a lose, lose situation lol

YouTube - Tank Abbot
Tanks been building some hurting bombs. We all know whats gonna happen, they will go the distance in a brutal slugfest, Tank will lose the fight by split decision, but gain the respect, and Kimbo will continue his role as undefeated HW champion of the world........*sings Rocky theme tune*

Wow with Tank's strict form in his weightlifting, its no surprise that he has such a great physique.

on topic: I think tank will gas and kimbo will ko him. Personally tank is too old and out of shape to figh in MMA. Look at his record if you need any proof.

A young Tank would have rolled over Kimbo, but he's gotten even fatter and slower than ever, so we'll see.
As for Kimbo's ground game. His brother is Rhadi Ferguson, one of the greatest wrestlers and conditioning coaches around (works with Jeff Monson, among others) so I won't say his ground game doesn't exist.
That said, if either of these guys ends up on bottom, they are going to get f*cked up.
I'm picking Tank, based purely on that he has the power to KO Cabbage in one punch, something that's pretty incredible to me.
Either way, it'll be a total brawl.

Loads of people actually, theres tons of videos of people doing different exercises on youtube. Also, if you can upright row 315, brag away, you deserve it.

It's not an exercise that's meant to be done heavy. It would be like bragging about how much you can forearm curl, or how heavy your dumbell shoulder flies are.... Squats, deads, and bench... no other number should be bragged about. (Unless you're doing olympic powerlifting, but Tank clearly isn't... his 500lbs bench wouldn't even count in any competition because his form his so horrible.)
