my first cage fight

fter losing 18 pounds and working out on my own with some of my friends for only a month i had my first fight today.

heres how it went down:

ok i wait all day because im the 3rd to last fight get my hands taped up my gloves on and we go out ( PS: I FORGOT MY CD FOR THE FIGHT SONg, so i just used my friends i dunno what it was called )

this kid won state in PA for wrestling this year so hes pretty good at wrestling but anyway we start out tap gloves and as soon as he comes in striking distance i shoot in and take him down, i pound on him for about 30 seconds then my foot slides out of the cage and gets pinned between the cage and the platform ( might be broken theres a huge lump with bruises everywhere ) so after about 20 seconds of trying to get my foot un-stuck from the cage we stand up and go back at it again, this time when i strike his head he shoots in and tries to take me down

i get him in a guillotine and try to sink it in, he works his way out i get into his guard and try to work the strikes on him, at this point ive been dominating the entire round so far but neither of us get anything and we stand back up, once again i hit him a few and he shoots and AGAIN he left his head wide open for a guillotine and i sunk it in really deep, in about 5 seconds he starts to tap and the ref yells for me to stop...

as soon as i stop the kid gets up, takes my back and i stand up with him on my back and he gets me in a rear naked choke and im forced to tap.. the ref and the judges talk about it and the ref says " sorry dude i thought he was done " and they award the win to him.. so basically i deserve the win but due to a gay call i lose.

all-in-all it was fun and worthwhile and ill definitely be fighting again

Index of /kc/jshaw <- those are clips from my fight from my friends cell phone.. bad quality but u can see it a little.. im in the long black tapout shorts

That's the biggest BS ever. Why didn't you beat up the refs?

Thats bs.

I cant wait till i turn 18 and start mma fighting.

How did you loose 18 pounds? What did you do and what did you eat?

The videos are unclear.
You don't have to be 18 to get a fight, I have had 4 and soon to be 5. Just talk to your coach(s) about it.

I was reminded of Scott Smith vs. David Terrel when I read this. That sucks thought bro, just ask for a rematch with the promoter.

Fighters to watch
John Salter
Chris 'The Chronic' Conolley
Marcus 'The Bruiser' Brimage
Adrian 'Guard Yo Grill' Miles
Andy Roberts

no you don''s at your coach's discretion and the doctors and fight promoters.......i've seen lots of fights with guys who are only like 16....but that was am though...not sure about pro

thats complete BS, the ref should pay the price for a bad call not the fighter. You got screwed man, i hope you get a rematch and and guillotine the guy until the ref pulls ur arm off. thats pretty bad of the other fighter as well. mna reading that got me really angry.

Dude, great job! I mean, I know they played you and all, but at least you showed the people down at the MMA Training and Nutrition section what you're made of. They thought you'd do horrible.

Great job man, you looked like you did great until you got gipped. Way to go man, and like you said, it was a learning experience. Next time, crank that ***got's neck until the ref is literally having to pull you off him. Put the slob to sleep and then see how anxious he is to cheat.
