170 it would seem id have a better reach advantage, but i think i would love the challenge of not have such a big advantage. my arms mesure in 25" in length haha.
but im thinkin maybe i should take something like shoot boxing .
to capitalize on said reach. and maybe Muay Thai and of course Jiu-Jitsu.
Any thoughts?
oh and to reply of the Supplement issue..
all i take is Kre-Alkalyn and N.O.-Explode
witha high protein diet, but do you have more supplement suggestions?
i naturally have a fair amount of control on how my body builds. i havent been to the Gym this season, and ive gained a full inch on my arms with simple home workouts.. so any suggesetions on work-outs and/or supplements would be incredible!
