hopefully this guy won. im considering doing my first amt fight in july... but i havent done much sparring at all

You WILL NOT be properly prepared without a decent amount of good sparring. Trust me I got smacked with a hard right to the left ear when I first climbed into the cage. Punches look a bit different from the 1st person.
