Easily a KNEE to the JAW is the most punishing and vicious blow!

You can't beat it. It's leathal. A full man's wieght coming down with force on your head. And you can't roll with it like a punch or kick or knee cause the mats there.

I have to say it was hard for me to decide between the knee and the elbows.I picked elbows cecause even though you land a good knee and there out an elbow slices people open and to me that's mor vicous. You could be knocked out by either though.

Cool Most Vicious Strike

Yeah, I got hit in the liver once-cleaned my plow for good. But, you know, I don't think that there is really a most vicious strike, I think that it depends on the person. There are some fighters who have a vicious knee, some have an uppercut you wouldn't want to get hit with for nothing..the list is endless...Any technique out there should be able to do the job if it's done right. Think about it......What do you think?

true but I think this mean which move is more commonly or more likely to end a fight when applied... but the widest range of fighters... basicly anyone can throw a good elbow and cut someone open.. its much more simple then laying someone out with a kick.. granted a kick is more memorable and impressive looking espically a high one to the head..

Those were multiple knees that struck Eastman and punches by Belfort. That was the best. I wish Belfort could have done that to Randy but couldn't pull it off ever since UFC 46.

a flying knee is a vicious stike.. only thing is so few can execute one correctly or even at all with any degree of success. anyone can learn to throw an effective elbow relitively fast

I think knee's and elbows are the most affective , you would definately dish out more punishment with a knee then a elbow
