Its a mma, bjj, muay tai gym. They also have gym equipment free for use with membership when not being used by other classes. It is located on the south side of 8 mile road between inkster and beech in redford. So if anyone in the metro detroit area is looking for good training close to them this is the spot. I will look up the name of the trainer but I know he is a former ufc fighter.
