The second edition of the relaunched World Fighting Alliance planned for December 9th has been postponed until early 2007. "King of the Streets II: USA vs. Brazil" was supposed to take place at the Aladdin Resort and Casino in Las Vegas.

This is what the show would have looked like:

USA vs. Brazil:
- 265 lbs: Heath Herring (USA) vs. Pedro "The Rock" Rizzo (Brazil)
- 145 lbs: Urijah Faber (USA) vs. Fabio Mello (Brazil)
- 155 lbs: "Razor" Rob McCullough (USA) vs. Fabiano Iha (Brazil)
- 205 lbs: Lyoto Machida (USA) vs. Alex Stiebling (Brazil)
- 170 lbs: Carlos Condit(USA) vs. Jose "Pele" Landy-Johns (Brazil)

Additional Bouts:
- 205 lbs: Quinton "Rampage" Jackson vs. Marvin Eastman
- 205 lbs: Jeremy Williams vs. John George
- 155 lbs: Kit Cope vs. Shad Smith
- 170 lbs: Antonio McKee vs. Zach Light

I was looking forward to seeing a few of the fights, but overall it was anunimpressive. I'm not sure of the reason for the postponement. It may have something to do with all the MMA events going on in the month of December. There's UFN, UFC, PRIDE, Bodog, IFL, Strikeforce, and K-1 events all going on in December. That's alot for the WFA to contend with, especially after how their 1st show tanked.

I don't know how much better they will do with an event in February either. UFC will have their big show on Super Bowl weekend, and PRIDE is coming back to the States in February also. The future doesn't look good for the WFA at all.
