Too Old?

I am 35 years old and wanting to train in MMA as I am a huge fan of the sport, I want to get in shape and most of all to fight.
There is a club near me and they compete at regular semi pro events around U.K.
I know a few of the lads that train there and there all in there 20's and a few people have said it's a young mans game.

Any opinions on the matter?

Probably too old especially if you have no experience. Just do it for fun, but expect to be sore and beat up feeling everyday. I hope your job isnt too laborous, Mine is and I never got the rest my body needed to heal up.

I could be wrong but I heard of a 30+ league starting up for amateur fighters (I'm in Montreal, Canada but I don't remember where I heard it)

I'd like to believe there is no age too late. If your body can handle the training and the constant work, then I say go for it. It really depends on you and how your body reacts.
