First fight in a couple of months.
Hi I just want to know if you can help me,I am having my first fight and would like to see what you suggest my game plan should be.
1 and a bit year experience in jkd(Brazilian jiu-jitsu,muay thai) ,I am strong for my size used to be a powerlifter.I am 155,5'8.I can bench 310pounds sqaut 350.
When i am sparring etc i can always overpower my opponent and i can take a good shot.
My sparring partners that are more experienced then me dont like me much because when we are doing Brazilian jiu-jitsu when they get the upperhand,i just use my strength and always seem to get out of trouble and put them in a submission.
Any suggestions and tips are appreciated.
