I want to start training, need your help!

I'm 15 years of age and I want to start getting into MMA, training and such.. how do I do so.. I run everyday and I do pushups/situps and go to the gym as much as I can.. how can I start classes/muay thai or start doing training?

Get online, Look up MT/BJJ schools or MMA Gyms in your area. Get the info, contact them and see about classes.

find a place to train, just do your research and make sure that it is a reputable place.

Google MMA Warmups to find MMA specific warmup exercises. Try to find a gym near you. If you can't find one, buy some instructional videos and try them with a friend. Go slow and lightly so you don't hurt your training partner. Remember rule #1 - "Don't Be A Training Dick!"

The most common things too look for is a close by gym that's time frame is alright for you that can teach bjj and muay Thai. There's your basic mixed martial art. I like to have more that just 2 on my background ho cuz the opponents can't defend half of it since thay aren't acuainted to it
