Hey guys, im new to this fourm.
My name is blake, and i weight about 117 currently, and my height is 5 foot 3 inches (yes, im a little guy), and im 17 about to turn 18 in december.
So i have a friend who currently goes to a gym and trains there in MMA. Im going to start going there because i wanted to find somthing that i could do that i enjoyed and that would help with my depression. So what i was wondering was what you guys thought about how little iam. Im not skinny either, my body type is pretty stalky, and when i worked out before i got depressed, i was about 124 pounds.
So do you guys thing being small is going to affect my training ?
