well i have some questions
1. i weigh 133 or 134 and i have a 7 or 8 % body fat i really want to look fit and ripped nice six pack so my question is how do i get ripped and a six pack i have a six pack but i still got some fat around it. should i run to lose fat everyday or everyother day and aswell should i lift weights and crunches everyday or everyother day
