hey guys,
well i have some questions
1. i weigh 133 or 134 and i have a 7 or 8 % body fat i really want to look fit and ripped nice six pack so my question is how do i get ripped and a six pack i have a six pack but i still got some fat around it. should i run to lose fat everyday or everyother day and aswell should i lift weights and crunches everyday or everyother day

thanks guys i really want to lose weight or fat percentage please help oh im 18yrs old

I don't think lifting weights will do anything for your six pack but for general fitness/muscle building they are ofcourse excellent, lots of running to lose the fat around the stomach and lots n lots of crunches to tone the abs is the best way o go for a 6-pack. Crunches alone won't do, could be totally ripped but if there is fat in the way you won't see it ;)

Crunches build the muscle. But you won't have a visible six pack is with just crunches. You have to do some conditioning training to lose the fat. Run, jump rope, wrestle..., just about anything that gets you heartrate up over 140, I'm not sure what the actual number is but it's around that, to burn calories and fat. Then when you lose the fat and do have a visible six pack, you have to have proper nutrition to keep it.
