That Guy

Hey everyone me again.
I went back training today after another 3 month break.

And I got owned. I expected that, but what I didnt expect is one of our team who is fighting fit and ready for a fight went flat out against me rolling. Nearly injuring me in the process.

Now what makes it even worse is im 69kg he is around 85kg. Im not in shape and luckily i managed to fight back pretty well but the point is why do people do that?

I was in no fit state to make an active offence against him all I could do was try. Even other team mates noticed it.

I would guess that all of you have 'that guy' at your club?

Its almost as if I like to be tapped out! lol

He was probably upset that you took 3 months off and wanted to prove a point. They've been in the gym and you've been on the couch.

If I wasn't on the couch and in the gym I'd be annoyed by couch potatoes too

The break was not by choice I must add. He was aware of that.
And its not an isolated event.
And if indeed he was trying to prove a point its just proved that maybe he shouldnt under-estimate the couch potato who weighs a lot less than him.
I may have tapped but I didn't go down easily
If it wasn't for my absolutely awful cardio I would have done a lot better.

On the plus side. Im gonna be training properly again. Just gives me something to focus on I guess.

Its almost as if I like to be tapped out! lol
