Yeah, I'd say so. You don't have to touch gloves with the guy, but you don't have to attack when you see they have their arm up like that. I haven't seen anything like this since Gamburyan vs Cox, when Manny pulled a cheapshot attempt.

Yeah dude, that's pretty shitty. If this would have happened back when the UFC (and MMA in general) was on the verge of failing, that guy would have been fired instantly.

It kinda gives the sport a bad name, makes mixed martial artists look like brawlers instead of professionals.
