Think i will go all in on Barca on the day.

All in, half a million credits on Barcelona.

I am expecting 3-0, with Messi getting two and Villa getting one.

3-1 Barcalona, give me my credits!

yea I just watched that game, would of been 3-0 if not for the OG, Arsenal was never never going to score in that game, never even came close to looking like they could get a goal.

Arsenal had ZERO attempts on goal, pretty poor showing there, think Wenger got his tactics wrong.

It wasn't about tactics!

Barcelona is on another level right now.
When i watch them play it's like watching a Play Station demo: they are that good.
Barcelona 2008-present are probably the best soccer team that ever played.
And Messi is just GOD-like. It's like the ball does whatever he wants.

.

BELIEVE!

Trust me mate, I know how good Barca are, I'm a long time fan. But Arsenal just sat back for the whole first half, it was poor. They should have attacked more.

Because Barcelona didn't allow them anything.

I was watching the game with a friend, who is a die-hard Arsenal fan and he had nothing to say. Arsenal did nothing. When you play openly, offensive soccer against a team like Barcelona it's like a suicide game.
All their players are extremely technical and fast. Xavi and Iniesta are amazing at midfield. So is Busquets. Barcelona'a passing game is out of this world: extremely fast and precise.
Then you have Pedro and Alves who are amazing wings.
And of ourse Messi....

Wenger tried to preserve the first-leg score fo as much as possible and hope for the best.

Barcelona just didn't let them play their game. They love to pressure their opponents in their own half, thus creating a lot of scoring opportunities.

Imo, the best way to stop Barcelona is to play a very destructive and physical soccer.

.

BELIEVE!

I caught the last 30 mins of the match. Arsenal looked slow and scared. Even in the last 10 mins when the manager was begging them to push foward and score 1 more they still stayed back and refused to attempt any sort of offense.

I watched the game and Arsenal where sh1t, and there tactics where wrong, problem was for Arsenal is that we set our whole style around Fabregas or Nasri setting up the plays and driving us forward, against lesser teams it works great because they don't have players who can keep up with them, we only tend to lose in they don't play well.

But when we play the big teams like Man U or Barca they have players who can close us down and keep up with them, Barca just man marked them both completely out of the game which left us fcuked without or best to players, then when Van Persie was sent off we where just double fcuked because there went our number one striker, along with reducing the risk of the man marking system leaving space for an extra player to slip though.

To be honest as soon as I saw that we had drew Barca I no longer considered us in the tournament, just sick they had to torment us with the home goal giving us a ray of hope to cling to, to make the loss feel shattering.
