Nicely said. Kampmann could definitely give Franklin a run for his money. It will not be as one-sided as the MacDonald fight, Kampmann is more well-rounded than MacDonald.
Man, I was so impressed with his victory against McFedries. He was getting beat badly on his feet, but he made quick work of McFedries on the ground. That arm triangle was slick! I thought he was going to transition into the mount but he pulled off that sick submission instead.
Nathan Quarry might have something to say about that.
Franklin's already said 10 times over that was the cleanest punch hes ever landed in his life. It doesnt take KO power to touch someone right on the chin when hes hanging it out and put him to sleep.

Remind me, why was Quarry's chin hanging out in the first place?
Honestly, I think Kampmann should drop down to WW. I think he could really make waves in that division(Granted it is freakin' stacked). I think Franklin will TKO him.
Because he was KO'd and still fighting on his feet? Not seeing what youre trying to say there.
Quarry was clearly out on his feet well in advance of that last punch. Franklin even stopped earlier because he knew the referee should be stepping in. Clearly, he has KO power. Not one punch Liddel style, but Franklin can knock people out.
You get hit with enough punches youre goign to be out on your feet even if the guy has zero power. Nick Diaz is a very good example of this. By your theory pretty much anyone has KO power, which is technically true, but when describing KO power in MMA people generally refer to fighters who knockout guys constantly with one punch or kick. Chuck Liddel for instance.

I don't have a 'theory.' I simply made an observation.
There's a distinct possibility that Kampann will get knocked out when he fights Franklin. That's my point.
