JMAC aint an up and comer, hes been around the block a few times. Get your facts straight.

Martin can hold his own in there. He's not that bad. Rich is a great fighter but he's not going to just massacre Martin. He could win this as long as Franklin's physical power isn't too much for him (which I doubt). Hopefully it will be on UFN since no PPVs really match up with the rumored date.
I don't know if you guys noticed or not but out of 17 fights he has (at least (I say at least because 4 of his fights don't have the rounds listed on Shitdog)) 9 wins in the first round, (at least) 3 wins in the 2nd round, (at least) 1 decision, 1 loss due to a cut, and 1 loss by decision which was his first pro MMA fight ever. That's pretty impressive...

I just need some points for my fantasy team.
The fights are not confirmed yet fot June 16th,but they are going to be in Ireland.hopefully kampman accepts the fight offer,it will be good experience for him.
I didn't think Franklin was going to compete at UFC 72, the said date didn't match it, it was inbetween UFC 71 and UFC 72, and UFC wouldn't have a big name like Franklin on a free Fight night.

I know a few of the fighters that are fighting in Ireland on June 16th,they are just waiting for the other fighters to confirm.I wasn't aware it was going to be free on june 16th.
It is kinda funny how Martin receives no media coverage in his own country. I am from Denmark myself, and I don't recall that I have ever seen his name mentioned in regards to anything but his kickboxing championship back in the days. Medias care for nothing but boxing and our champion Mikkel Kessler (who is great btw. and will kick Calzaghes' ass, if he ever accepts the fight)
In regards to the topic, I think Franklin will take him out in the first round by TKO. Martin had trouble in his last fight untill he took it to the ground. I don't think Martin can throw Franklin down, but I guess we'll have to see when/if the fight happens.
