Pretty much exactly how the title reads. People have been asking me constantly about this issue so I did some extra research coupled with my personal experience and knowledge and I wrote a small article and shot a video showing some things you can do to improve your chin!
Well, besides the obvious "keep your guard up and don't get hit" those are exercises to prevent that worst case scenario!
South paws can be deadly for us righties. Small gyms might not even have any south paws to train with and that's the biggest struggle, you guys get tons of righty's to train with but we don't get any lefties lol
BJJ guy here who is getting into MMA in a couple of weeks, and I think that this will be really helpful. We already do the "yes no maybe" in BJJ training but I'll definetly use the rope exercice! Thank you!
Im sure some of it is mental, from what i gather when you get hit (Temple aside) its your brain deciding to protect you by turning you off for a few seconds, so having the mind set of like a Nate Diaz or Margarito where you are prepared to take the shots and walk forward has to help...
