How do you throw an overhand right hook properly?
I find myself either leaning in too much as in bowing forward if I try to lean into it like I do with a close range overhand punch.
Or I find the horizontal rotation of normal right hook dosnt mesh with the diagonally down ark of the overhand right hook. Either way I cant do it properly and would like to know the proper way to throw it. Cant find any instructions on youtube etc. |
If you are 'bowing over' it means you are trying to throw it too hard.
EDIT: heres chuck: |
Cheers bud much appreciated!

No problem dude. If you just put 'Overhand right' into the search on youtube it brings up pages upon pages of technique instructional videos.
