I agree with most of the people who wrote already. If he is a good boxer he will have his feet planted while punching and he will come in close to you lot. This sets him up well for leg kicks and knees.

Do what Royce did in UFC 1, Use push kicks to get him off balance a bit and shoot in. And make sure you land on his right side with the take down as this will null any chance he has of hitting you with his right hand. Also watch out for the left hook.

You are blessed by the hand of your free chosen god

Anyways, advice...take it to the ground. When's the fight? Do you have enough time to work on your ground game?
Double leg isn't the only takedown around, get someone competent to teach you a few more takedowns or throws (single leg, high crotch, back arch (kinda hard to learn right away), uchi mata, drop seionage, soto makikomi, etc.)
And work on your submissions game. Know how to do at least one or two submissions from: guard, mount, side control, north-south, and back mount (kinda obvious, but try to learn something else beside the RNC)
Good submissions to know that are pretty easy to learn and are effective are: guillotine choke (but learn how to do it PROPERLY, most people end up with their forearm around your throat, which does almost nothing) kimura, armbar, RNC, triangle choke, omoplata (also works as a great sweep), brabo choke (if you know how to do it right), and arm triangle. I wouldn't try a keylock, because those are sorta hard to pull off if the other guy is stronger than you.
this guys right i'm 17 and i weight 185 now and i'm not fat but everyones body has a different optimum weight. i'm a ground and pounder and if your not confident enough with submissions just get him on the ground and reign down on him. he won't know what hit him if he's a boxer

My top 5 fighters:
1. Renato 'Babalu' Sobral
2. Mirko 'Cro Cop' Filipovic
3. Michael 'the count' Bisping
4. Rich 'Ace' Franklin
5. Bob 'The Beast' Sapp

Please video tape it for us.

IMO Take him to the ground, use youre double if you want but dont let him catch you with a guilliotine, if the biggest of idiots can pull that off.

And yea, like posted above, you guys are extremly light, the average 25 year old at 5'6 is like 155.

Anyways good luck. Also, is this a ring/cage fight? or just you just playing around?

If he is a good boxer and good strong hits don't try to match him if you can't and since you do Kickboxing aim for leg kicks and sometimes head kicks if you can do them because he won't be used to kicks coming at him.

If he has no ground game and you have a fairly good one and are getting owned take him down or if you feel you need to do that anyway do it.

And yeah try to get it on tape and good luck.
