Using the front snap kick in muay thai
Ok so its a kick that travels upwards like an uppercut its not the front push kick/teep that travels fowards like a jab.
So I like to use this as a set up for my punches (im southpaw) where should I be targeting their body with it?
Out side of thigh? Inside of thigh? Lower rib? Stomach? Liver? Chin?
