I did not participate in this years test at my gym, but being a spectator it looked brutal. Even the most in shape guys can't really pull through it as well as they would like.

At my gym this time there were 3 people testing. Only 2 lasted the whole thing as one guy (the biggest) had no cardio and took the whole ordeal lightly. If I want to get my Thia shorts next year or the end of this year I know I will have to start getting to work and really train my hardest. Watching that test was definitly a big motivator.

what exactly is a thai shorts test?

Basically it's to say that your training is progressing well. In my gym I think that if you get your Thai shorts its like your half-way to becoming a certified instructor under Joe Diamond and Sakasem.
