Forget shadow boxing, how about fly boxing :P

Well i figured i'd share this because i really did have some fun doing this. I came across a common house fly buzzing around my house today so I got up and started to box with it as it flew around. I find it's great for accuracy and it forces you to move and use your feet as the bug moves and they do move pretty fast. I did have some fun with this so I thought i'd share it with ya, try it sometime lol and if your wondering how the bug made out, it's dead

I would imagine though that this COULD be an alternative to a speedbag or even a step up from shadowboxing as rediculous as it seems.

Sounds fun. Maybe there's a market to sell training flys.

lol, it reminds me of the movie Karate Kid where he has to catch flies with chop sticks. But yeah it might be just as much work finding a fly to use and make sure you don't get them lazy ones lol

I tried to do this but I Ko'd the fly the first hit. I think my fly was retarded though cause it flew real slow.
