S_I_C So SIC Join Date: Jun 2007 Posts: 749	Martial Arts Schools I live in Washington State near Tacoma, and there are no Muay Thai, BJJ, or any type of martial arts other than karate. Does anyone know of any schools around here?

It has always been true that there is a wide variation in schools even if they identify themselves as simply "Karate". You may find that they are actually teaching exactly what you are looking for even if they are not calling it BJJ or Muay Thai.
