Shadow boxing
I have read some of the posts on shadow boxing. My question is when shadow boxing you are just throwing your armas out as fast as you can right? Without throwing you joint out of socket. In other words do not extend all of the way, also you do not muscle punches to get power right arn't you just supposed to follow through with punches? Like slap boxing. When keeping my hands up should I pretend like I am trying to block punches with them? Guard up just hold my hands up or what? I do not have any experience at this I need some help I am going to start shadow boxing for exercise. I think practing a lunging jab is a good idea too hu? Like that is a good lead in punch catch the guy of guard. I only have about three hours a week to train. Would this be the best thing to do??????????????? Just for general self defense and health
