Muay Thai Shin Conditioning

Just wondering what i could do to help condition my shins.

i want something i could do, say, on a friday, and be ready to kick bags again by monday

take a glass bottle and roll it up and down your shins a bunch of times. do it so it kinda hurts but not that bad. do it every night and eventually you'll have no feeling in your shins and they'll be very conditioned

Muy Thai fighters in Thailand kick bananna trees. Not sure if you really wanna' try it, but you could try to find a smaller tree and do your kicks on that.
