hey everyone i was just wondering if anyone knows the right technuiqe for the superman punch cuz right now all i do is run jump and punch it works but its sloppy.

not really a good punch to do or a recommended punch... gets you out of a solid base and leaves you open for a lot of counters.. also, once you miss, you could be taken down, take a knee to the belly/chest....

its a risky move best left to those who have mastered all the basics..

i agree with above, i believe it has to be times perfectly otherwise you can walk into punches or front kicks

It was done to me once during a sparring session. I saw it coming before he even jumped, all i did was deflect the punch downward and knee. Pretty much his body just hit my knee. I wouldn't recommend doing.

Why not? The guy who was doing it to you must have been really slow.

I've used that punch many a time in sparring and not once has the other person countered it. Put it after a big combo after say a front kick and they won't really be expecting it.
