When it comes to refining your MMA style, you need to hire a good striking coach. At McBrydemats, we are proud to be pertnered with one of the best in the buisness, Duke Roufus.

Duke is a former Kickboxing legend that achieved success at the K1 Level and in Muay Thai competition.
Nowadays he runs his gym, 'Roufusport' in Milwaukee where he has some of the best facilities for striking training that we have ever seen, along with some really top notch striking coaches in the like of Scott Cushman and Joe Nicols.
Roufuspot has churned out some of the best athletes and champions in MMA. He has coached the Pettis brothes, Anthony and Sergio and the more recent UFC fight night 88 winner, Erik 'new breed' Koch.

What I admire most about Duke is his dedication to the game, He puts out a lot of free content on his social media channels and has so many great tips that you can get and practice for free.So check him out, It will be worth your while.

So who do you use for a striking coach and why? We would love to hear!
