Here are some that require no equipment.
Do this after you've worked out you legs, rather than before.
Lunges, side splits, front splits. These stretch the groin, which is the most important thing that needs to be flexible for roundhouse kicks. Well, the side splits do, but front splits never hurt.
Also, try squatting and putting you forearms against the inside of you thighs near your knees. Push your legs apart. that also stretches the groin.
Again, its very important to do this as a cool down. Maximum resuls come from doing this after you work out. On the flip-side every time that you don't stretch after working out makes you more inflexible than before.
