tried to go to hard when sparring and got busted up. I spar with somone bigger, better and stronger than myself, so tonight just going through some takedown defense. And me being mister man thought I'd shoot in hard as I can while Buff the Stuff's comin right at me, well, My face slammed into his fist and knee with our combined full forces and now I have a huge strawberry on my forehead, a very swollen and bleeding nose, A glove burn above my lip, and my lips are busted, top and bottom. No biggie, I cleaned up and we moved on. But still a funny stupid thing to do when I have a fight in 3 weeks.
