I have been really busy for the last couple of months, and I didn't have time to train or lift weights. I changed from a pretty good built guy (6'2", 220-ish) to a pretty flabby, fat dude (still 6'2" surprisingly, 260-ish) and I didn't think much about it. I still felt pretty good.
But I started training again yesterday. Really nothing special: warm-up, one hour of boxing, half an hour of kickboxing and half an hour of groundwork, cool down, drink beer.
When I woke up today I was so sore, I couldn't believe it! I went for a 3 mile run and I was out of gas within half of that.
I feel like a piece of shit!
Okay, don't whine, just pull through.....
Nothing much to discuss, just to let you know (and me finding a reason to not lift weights)
