Sounds good. I use it alot to help with my speed and power. The pushups it helps with explosiveness so its good that you use it for that as well.
Its funny cus im pretty light and when i started lifting it was sorta to lose weight now i try and bulk up and it aint happening..but its cool.I started lifting at like 12 or so...and im not pushing insane numbers but nothing to be ashamed of.
And hes talking boxing southpaw or orthodox gotta say if you can do both do both but its more a matter of which you feel more comfortable in.
Like i feel more comfortable striking orthodox with my hands but if i wanna throw kicks heavy or takedown then im standing southpaw plus it throws people off because im right handed.
