Ok, I'll give it a shot. I'll PM you with where I think there's an issue, if I feel anything at all (there might not be anything wrong). I'm questionable if you'll come back & admit if I'm right but we'll see how it goes & how strong it comes through. I'd rather do it with a neutral well known to the forum but life goes on.

Give me maybe a week or so. I like to take a while to settle then get into it. It's already nearly 2am here & I want to stay up & watch TUF. Also the famous Glasgow Rangers are playing in European competition tomorrow night & then I'm at a party Friday & Satuday, well that's just Saturday. In case you need more explanation I'm very tired tonight & will be drunk/recovering until Sunday or so. Not the best times to do it.

Edit: I forgot to say I usually only do it at night.

chi is real its just people see it a somethings its not. My instructor today hit me with and internal strike. when he hit me I felt something inter my shoulder jolt me and then leave.

He hit me in the shoulder and it felt like he hit me in the forehead and rocked me. that palm strike was less than a inch away to and it was not even full force.

they should use it in UFC eh, hit someone in the leg, **** up their brain. i took wing chun for a couple years, one inch punch.. id knock you on your ass from a few inches away. so i guess i have a lot of chi, and UFC fighters just dont have trainers as knowledgeable as yours

Use reflexology in the octagon. Dig your thumb into someone's instep & give them kidney failure. Sorry I had to comment there.

Be sure to try this in your next fight (in or out of the ring). The most important part is to remember to ask your opponent to stand perfectly still for 10 seconds.

if it's on youtube it must be real.

perfect example of what I was talking about a complete misconception.

chi is flowing energy that is transfered in a strike.

this is a true strike using chi power and I have seen this guy hit a lot harder

im glad you posted those two videos that supposedly incorporate internal energy. im glad because it means you really dont know wtf you are watching, and couldnt point out internal energy even if it did exist. this is purely mechanical, bruce lee used the exact same principles for his one inch punch, wing chun teaches it the same as well (as u may or may not know bruce lee began his MMA career in wing chun). anyways, the old guy in that one clip is just using his body mechanics, and to be honest his technique blows. the principle behind the one inch punch is all about relaxation and hip rotation, you have no room to develope speed so you much be comletely relaxed in order to generate the necessary speed to create sufficient impact, the vast majority of the power comes from the hip, as you rotate your hip into the punch you also drop your weight into it, creating a very effective punch from minimal range. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=keS3O...eature=related wow, all that power and NO MAGICS
