the authors are Dr. Yang, and Jwing-Ming.
you can find it on amazon like zender showed you or if you are a member at a bookstore then they will order it. I feel this is the best book on Qi or Chee as some call it and Qigong. this book really helped me with my practice But if you really want to develop it then you need an instructor.

where do you live mabey my organization has a trainer in your area I will check for you if you want me to.

I am studying a style called Baguazang Qigong. and it changed my life.

Now for anyone who is interested in using QI power for fighting here is the web sight for the organization I train at. It is based in Richmond but they have certified trainers training camps and seminars all around the world. a list of the instructors is in the regular classes section. The FYI archives give you previews to the teaching.

the head of the organization Park Bok Nam wrote 2 books

Not so much a coincidence as it was the fact i haven't had time to fart in the past 2 months.... and also i got WOW so the littel free time i have goes into that unfortunately, since i got an ulcer i havent been able to train.

Anyways, yeah i wasn't going to publicly ridicule your supernatural gift... but you're kind of insinuating i lied and then hid in shame. i already told you man, i'd love it if you were right, it would change a lot of my preconceptions to do with the limitations of the mind. unfortunately i was being honest, you were wrong, your magics aren't that strong. and it's not like it was a hard thing to guess i mean ive had a bleeding ulcer for liek months lol... i might have given u credit if u got chose the right organ or area at least, no dice tho.

Ok so I've been following this post and laughing a lot.

I have been doing qigong for about 10 years now. I have studied qigong with a few people. I am not going to go through post after post writing responces.

So for those who are really interested in Qigong, chi and whatever send me a PM and I share what I know about qigong after 10 years or doing it.

Oh and no dont worry, I wont make any claims of having jedi like powers.

Bloodlusting,
What you say I agree with but isn't all of life subjective? Even science?
Ignoring possibilities or claiming an all knowing belief shows more ignorance then intelligence. (which im not saying you're doing, bloodluster, i think you're quite open and well read)
For the more you learn, surely you learn that you don't really know anything?

Hey Zender, do me next!

No just joking but seriously I hate WOW I had a collage roommate that got in to that and got hooked and that is about all he did all day and he almost never did anything else.don't let that happen to you.

Yes vanilla, quite right. I have a problem with the old 'subjectivity' rhetoric though. I mean yes, all things are subjective to the individual and all possibilities have at least some probability... BUT we have to assume some things are true, you have to have a definite belief in some things. Otherwise you could answer every question with, "well all things are subjective and nothing is absolute" and we really get nowhere with that kind of mentality so i figure its best to play devils advocate. The difference between that and just being stubborn is that i try to put the search for a truth above my own ego (which is quite big :P)

ps. yeah WOW is mad addicting, but i dunno how people play so much cause im getting a little bored, its jsut a really easy way to take it easy.

aight let me tell you guys a lil somethin somethin... in what ive heard and read, and practiced... Chi in scientifical thinking is just air, energy, and your aura.. its the same way how animals can sense something is coming, without having to smell listen or hear.. for a human person you can somehow develop this and use it... and also air because breathing is a very important part of chi.. they say some how you can control the air in you so that you can make your fist more light/ heavy, and make your muscles more reactive, and more dense.....

Also.. the laying on spear isnt bullshit, there are people who were able to actually hold a bowl with there stomach by creatin a vacume with ther chi, and to hang themselves but not die.. but of course this took like 50 years of training and it was 3 different people... but anyone know that korean guy who lived in japan named choi bae dal? his name used to be choi yeung eui until he changed it and his japanese name is Masutatsu Ōyama (wiki it) or better yet have you ever heard of the man who took on a bull with bare hands? have you seen the picture in the movie dodge ball where ben stiller has a portrait of himself doing it? well that story is real, and Masutatsu is the one who did it... he went around all of japan defeating all japanese masters...(korea power!) and so this brings to the point again, poeple can do all this and you really cant say its bull shit without scientifice proof of saying otherwise.....
ALSO I HATE IT WHEN PEOPLE THINK JUST CAUSE OF KUNG FU U CAN START THROWING ENERGY BALLS THATS TOTAL BULLSHIT GTFO of here if you think that... holy crap no one said you can throw chi like a ball... thats only in comics... thats like me saying my friend can takeout claws like wolverine cuz he looks like hugh jackman
