It was ok, you should train though.
As the guy above said, without any technical merit, it's not as much fun to watch.
At least it wasn't a street fight and someone showing off.
I'm going with Kin and GMW on this one. If you fought like that where I am, you'd get killed. Seriously, we'd have to bring in a high pressure water gun to get your brain-matter off of the pavement.
You flare your hands when you move. It opens you up for a straight punch.
You telegraph your punches. Obviously, it gives alot of opportunities for counter-punches.
You back up on your back foot. Gives great opportunities for takedowns and leg-kicks that will snap your leg in half.
You let your chin come up. That'll get you knocked out against someone with a nice left-hook or cross.
You drop your hands constantly. You'll get caught by anyone with some boxing training.
You flail on your combinations. You don't punch with your hips. You don't stay forward on your feet. You don't have your shoulders forward.
This is nothing new for me. Every guy with a locker room KO thinks he tough sh*t, man. I've fought enough of those guys in real matches and other places. I really don't have alot of tolerance for it.
Check out the training forums. I'm not saying you're a douche and have no potential as a fighter or a human being, but beating up a punk in the lockerroom doesn't make you a fighter.
Let's put it this way man: Take the good things people said to heart. I wouldn't say you "suck", your just not trained for such a thing yet. Like cabby said, you did well for no training. Just don't get cocky on yourself and you should be cool.
