Bad: You drop your hands during and after a punch, your head swings side to side predictably when you punch, you're not rotating your hips enough when you throw your cross, you're not rotating your hips enough when you throw your hook, you don't tuck your chin when you throw, and try to throw in longer combinations.
Good: You retract your punches quickly after you throw them, you're punching through the bag, you're hitting with the first two knuckles for the most part and your kick(s) are solid from what was in the video, as long as you remember to keep your hands up.
