Figure out what you could do better with and concentrate on doing better with that. If you've got bad footwork then make a point to concentrate on having good footwork during sparring. If you're bad at striking from the inside then make it a point to get inside and practice striking from there. You get the point. There're so many different facets of striking, I'm sure there's something you could zero in on and focus on improving. Remember, practice isn't a passive process. It's not 'go spar and you'll be better.' You always have to be thinking about what you could've improved on, what you want to improve on and how you can do that.
