well your wrong about the heavy bag thing...
the best way to be explosive is honestly to have the genetics
but doing excercises most commonly known as explosives (hang cleans etc) will likely make you more explosive..really any wait lifting done right will...
but in boxing the most important thing is training the technique so that your kinetic linking is perfect, making you as power as you can be, then the speed will come.
