Didnt really know where to post this so I thought this would be the most appropriate, sorry lol...
Anyways I have my first match tomorrow and I'm pretty nervous and my opponent is bigger than me so thinking about it im getting kinda nervous, etc.
So basically I've been kinda shaky and stuff and is this an adrenaline rush? And if I have a fight would I want this? I mean it makes you stronger etc right? But at the same time doesnt it also make it hard to focus and make you all shaky right..?
And how would I go about avoiding this and calming myself down?
